Twenty-one day diet

You should follow this seven day plan for three weeks and may modify it according to your needs.

Day 1
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with tomatoes and spinach.
Snack: a pomegranate.
Lunch: half a cup of tuna and brown rice
Dinner: baked pork with peppers and onions.

Day 2
Breakfast: natural yoghurt and two bananas.
Snack: a cup of cubed melons.
Lunch: chicken salad and one apple.
Dinner: vegetable stir-fry.

Day 3
Breakfast: fruit salad with oranges, kiwis and bananas.
Snack: two kiwis.
Lunch: tomato soup and veggie salad.
Dinner: steamed chicken breast with greens.

Day 4
Breakfast: omelet with asparagus, rukkola and tomatoes.
Snack: one grapefruit.
Lunch: quinoa with half an avocado and tomatoes.
Dinner: grilled turkey steak with broccoli.

Day 5
Breakfast: oatmeal with soy milk, honey and strawberries.
Snack: ten almonds.
Lunch: mushroom soup and a slice of ham.
Dinner: turkey steak with sweet potatoes.

Day 6
Breakfast: two slices of whole grain toast with feta cheese and cucumbers.
Snack: two tangerines.
Lunch: bean salad and one banana.
Dinner: baked fish with parmesan and asparagus.

Day 7
Breakfast: two boiled eggs, ten almonds and a glass of orange juice.
Snack: two pears.
Lunch: grilled broccoli with baby carrots and half a cup of tuna.
Dinner: creamy broccoli soup and fresh veggies

Rules you should follow this diet:
– Avoid alcohol, coffee, and tea
– Avoid soda
– Avoid sweets, cookies, and cakes
– Never take your dinner after 8 pm
– Drink plenty of water
– Exercise regularly
– Have enough sleep
– Releve stress ( practice yoga, meditation)
– Never skip a meal
– Never follow the diet more than 21 days without a recommended pause
