Our body is full of toxins and waste. These harmful substances may cause serious issues to our health and beauty and lead to different diseases and disorders. If we want to maintain our wellness, we should detoxify our bodies regularly.

There are many natural remedies and ways for cleansing and detoxifying ourselves. Here we are going to show you how to do it through your feet.

1. Detox bath with salt
You need to mix 2 cups of sea salt, 2 cups of baking soda and 1 cup of Epsom salt. You can also add several drops of some essential oil. Then soak your feet in the solution for half an hour. Does it every night before you go to sleep and you will feel relaxed and happier than ever.

2. Clay Detox Bath
Ingredients you will need:

  • – ½ cup bentonite clay
  • – ½ cup Epsom salts
  • – Few drops of lavender essential oil

You need to dissolve the Epsom salt in a warm bath and add the essential oil. Then mix the clay with a small amount of water till you get a paste. Apply the paste to your body and let it dry for 10 minutes. After that, soak in the prepared bath for 30 minutes. The results will be amazing. Repeat it twice a week in the evening before going to sleep.

3. Milk Bath


  • – powder milk
  • – 5 drops of some essential oil
  • – Warm water

Add the milk and the essential oil in the warm bath. Then soak your body in it for 20 minutes. You can do it several times in a week and it will provide numerous benefits for your skin and health.

4. Green tea detox bath
This is one of my favorite baths. It not just detoxifies our bodies but also increases our energy and increases antioxidant activity in the bloodstream. You need to put several green tea bags in a warm bath and let it stay for several minutes. Then soak your feet in the bath for 30 minutes. Do this bath in the morning after waking up.

5. Oxygen detox bath
Ingredients you will need:

  • – 2 cups of Hydrogen Peroxide
  • – 1 Tablespoon dried ginger powder

In your bath add the hydrogen peroxide and the ginger. Then soak the feet in it for 30 minutes. You can do this several times a week before you go to sleep. It will detoxify your body, relax you and also help you with allergies and skin irritations.
